My Global Test Market Experience

I have been a member of Global Test Market (GTM) for over a year now I think.  Since I live outside the U.S., I do not get as many invites as those who live there. There are several reasons why I decided to sign up with GTM. One of them is because they are one of the biggest survey sites in the market today, and based on reviews, people actually have gotten paid.
With GTM, once you reach 1000 Market points, you can cash out for $50. Surveys typically give you 5-60 points. If you get screened out, you still get compensated a minimum number of points or sweepstake entries. I have yet to cash out, but I'm 100 points short of cashing out.
Their surveys are generally short and okay. One thing that I don't like about GTM is that sometimes, after spending 10-15 minutes answering questions, you get a message that you don't qualify. I mean, why can't they have screeners which can immediately weed out or screen out those who are not qualified?
Anyway, I once participated in a survey which took me 40 minutes to complete and was rewarded with 60 market points. When I went to check if the points were credited on my balance, I was surprised to see that my balance remained unchanged. I waited for a few hours, but finally emailed them to follow up.
I sent them a message through their website and a certain Victoria Andreeva replied through email saying that their system shows the survey is incomplete and I have to click the link again. I clicked the email link and took a screenshot which says that their system shows that I have already taken it. I also sent a screenshot of the Thank You page saying that I have indeed completed the survey and should be getting 60 points for it. After this, I again get the same exact reply from the same person.

Confirmation that I completed the survey.
I’ve emailed them 7 times already and I still get the same reply as what I got after my first email. In terms of frequency of sending surveys, they’re better than the rest of the sites I’m a member of. However, their Customer Service, as one reviewer mentioned, is really terrible. Now that I think of it, I’m not sure if this is the first time that points haven’t been credited to my account.  If they improved their CS, then hands down, they would be the best out there.
Have you ever had this problem with Global Test Market?
